About Nimy
Nimy is a small town located in the province of Hainaut in Wallonia, Belgium. It is situated about 3 miles southeast of the city of Mons and is known for its beautiful historic buildings, such as the Church of Saint Brice and the Castle of the Princes of Ligne. The town is also famous for being the site of the Battle of Malplaquet in 1709, which was one of the bloodiest battles of the War of the Spanish Succession.
