About Kotlik, AK
Kotlik is a small city located on the west bank of the Yukon River in the Kusilvak Census Area of Alaska, United States. With a population of around 600 residents, the community is predominantly Alaska Native and relies on subsistence fishing and hunting for their livelihoods. The city is known for its historic Yup'ik culture and traditions, including the annual Qaspeq Festival celebrating traditional Yup’ik dance and clothing.
