Umbogintwini is a small industrial town located in the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is situated adjacent to the N2 highway, approximately 40km south of Durban city centre. The town is home to several large manufacturing companies, including a major pulp and paper mill, chemical and petrochemical plants and a number of industrial parks. Despite its predominantly industrial nature, there are residential areas nearby, as well as a small shopping centre within the town itself. The town's proximity to the coast also makes it a popular destination for surfing and fishing enthusiasts.
